My stay at this hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were beautifully appointed and luxurious, exceeding our expectations and perfectly ready for me and my family. However, the service was a bit complicated, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we encountered a small issue that wasn't the hotel's fault. The location was marvelous, overlooking Green Park and within easy reach of the best bits of town. The dining experience was of a very high standard, with well-presented dishes, but the breakfast was extra and not worth the additional cost.
